Service Policy

1. Service Provision Period (Delivery)

All products sold on Pulse V are digital content (software licenses, digital subscriptions, and other intangible goods) and do not involve physical shipping.

  • Product codes or account information will be provided within 24 hours of payment confirmation via the order detail page and chat.
  • Payments made outside banking hours may be processed on the next business day.
  • The delivery method (code issuance or chat) may vary depending on the product type.

2. Exchange and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, exchanges and refunds are limited once product codes or account information have been provided.

Eligible for Exchange or Refund

  • An incorrect product code was provided due to seller error
  • The provided product code was already used
  • Product code or account information was not delivered
  • The actual product significantly differs from its description

Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund

  • The buyer has already used (registered/activated) the product code
  • Change of mind by the buyer
  • Loss of product code or account information due to buyer negligence after delivery

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

Before Payment

  • Orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not received within the deposit deadline.

After Payment

  • Cancellation and refund are available before product codes or account information have been provided.
  • After product codes or account information have been delivered, the exchange and refund policy above applies.
